Executive Board Members

Our Executive Board Members consist of leaders in a variety of fields with experience living and or working abroad.  Each person brings in a unique idea and experience to the table for the development of our mission and vision. These individuals are outstanding leaders and are well trained and equip to do non-profit work. They advise the organization and lead new project development, fundraising support and strategy.

Tchaidor Jay Diallo (Jay) - Founder and CEO

Jay Diallo is the Founder and CEO of Global Children’s Fun Incorporated. He is also the current Executive Director of PPEP Microbusiness and Housing Development Corporation (PMHDC). Jay is the immediate Past President of the Rotary Club of Tucson Sunrise.  Jay is a native of Ghana and a naturalized citizen of the United States of America. He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science in International Foreign Affairs and a minor in Economics and Business from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, California. Always striving to grow and further develop, he enrolled and successfully completed a rigorous three-year Master’s level degree in Banking and Leadership from one of the premier post graduate level banking schools in the country, Pacific Coast Banking School in Seattle, Washington. Jay is active in his local community of Tucson, Arizona, and serves through various organizations, including the Tucson Hispanic Chambers of Commerce and the Rotary Club of Tucson Sunrise. He also serves as Board President of the PPEP Foundation. While balancing career and community involvement, Jay also demonstrates leadership skills at home, as he is most dedicated to his family. He is a loving husband and proud father of two.


 Raina Grace Diallo - Secretary

Certified Professional Sign Language Interpreter  at Southwest Regional Cooperative

Raina Ofori- Arizona native, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Special Education from the University of Arizona. Her emphasis was in Deaf Studies/Educational Interpreting for the deaf and hard of hearing. After graduating high school she attended Westmont College in Santa Barbara, CA for two years before transferring to the University of Arizona. She worked five years in the residential departments at the Arizona State Schools for the Deaf and Blind, before graduating in 2010. Raina is now an Arizona licensed Sign Language Interpreter working for the Southeast Regional Cooperative as an Educational Interpreter, and also does freelance throughout the Tucson community. She is married to Jay Ofori and the mother of one daughter. Raina has a true passion for education and for assisting deaf communities in the United States and abroad. She also serves as the head of the Pan-African Education project, Deaf Education Advocates.

Luke Stone - Board Member

Partner at KGB Communications

Luke Stone is a native of Tucson, AZ and a graduate of Pima Community College. He is the CEO of KGB Communications. Possessing nearly a decade of experience in the IT field, he has a passion for educating people about technology.  Luke is so honored and privileged to be working with Pan-African Education.  He personally provides maintenance and updated all donated used computers to be sure they were operating at a peak performance for our computer school program.  Luke does not shy away from difficult tasks or assignments and he is always available and ready to help whenever he is needed.   






Caryn Bustos - Board Member

Caryn Bustos is a manager at a small IT company in Tucson, AZ.  She was born and raised in Tucson.  Caryn is active in local community organizations including Rotary Club of Tucson Sunrise, which she is recently elected to be the Cub’s president for the year 2014-2015.    




Mark Davis - Board Member

VP at Bank of Tucson

Mark Davis is a Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer with The Bank of Tucson. His father transferred to Davis Monthan AFB and moved their family to Tucson when he was three. Growing up in Tucson, Mark graduated from Sahuaro High School before attending Pima Community College and a graduate from the University of Arizona. Starting his banking career in 1992, Mark has worked for five banks here in Tucson, prior to moving to The Bank of Tucson in January of 2011.

When Mark thought about where to direct his charitable efforts, he was motivated by his own children, son Devin and daughter Daryn, and his long history of coaching youth sports. He says that through coaching (both football and boxing), he came across many troubled kids and appreciated being able to participate in activities that made a positive difference in children’s lives. Whether it’s coaching or providing the valuable services of Global Children’s Fund, Mark knows that the time and resources he expends create noticeable change.

Mark’s family is his motivation for everything, and he’s pleased to have the opportunity to help other families as well. We hope you have the opportunity to meet Mark soon.

 Jessica Kaiser - Board Member

Founder/CEO at Kaiser Business Interiors

Originally from Washington State, Jessica Kaiser has called Tucson home for the last 9 years. She works in sales as a Commercial Furnishings Specialist for Class  Commercial Furnishings + Interiors.  She also enjoys being active in the community and has volunteered with many local organizations. She served as a troop leader for the Girl Scouts of Southern Arizona for four years and was elected Club Secretary for the Presidio Rotary Club of Tucson in 2012.  As the mother of three children, Jessica believes strongly in the value of education. She has volunteered as an adult literacy tutor and previously worked with students in the Nogales School District. As the Director of Advancement and Donor relations, Jessica hopes to synergize her professional relationships with the vision of growing PAE’s reach and effectiveness in the community of Ghana.
